Private transfers from Narita and Haneda to Ebisu and Meguro are priced per vehicle: from on request (Haneda, ECO) and on request (Narita, ECO), tax included, same price across Tokyo. Travel times and booking tips inside.
Ebisu and Meguro lie in the south-west of Tokyo, where restaurants, cafés and residential streets sit side by side. Some travellers choose to stay here to avoid the busier central districts. From the airport you can take a train, a bus or a private transfer. This article covers private transfer prices and travel times, and when a private car is the easier choice.
Private Transfer Prices
Prices are per vehicle, regardless of the number of passengers. The price is the same across Tokyo, so Ebisu and Meguro use the central Tokyo rate. One way, per vehicle, tax included:
| Airport | ECO (5 seats) | Alphard (7 seats) | Hiace (10 seats) | Travel time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Haneda | on request | ¥15,000 | ¥17,000 | About 30–45 min |
| Narita | on request | ¥22,000 | ¥27,000 | About 60–90 min |
- Tolls and parking fees are included. No extra charges are added.
- A flat ¥4,000 surcharge applies for travel between 22:00 and 06:00.
- Child safety seats and booster seats are available.
- Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting time.

Haneda or Narita for Ebisu and Meguro?
Haneda starts at ¥15,000 against on request at Narita, and the drive is shorter too. If you can choose your flight, Haneda usually saves time and money. If your flight only serves Narita, a private car takes you straight to your accommodation without transfers or carrying luggage between trains.
Private Car, Train or Bus?
Routes, fares and timetables should be checked with each operator:

- Airport Limousine bus: https://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/

A private car is usually easier when:
- You have a lot of luggage. Choose by luggage capacity: ECO 4 pieces, Alphard 6, Hiace 9.
- You are travelling with 3 or more people. Prices are per vehicle, so the cost per person falls as the group grows. Work out the split for your party size and vehicle.
- Your accommodation is a walk from the station. The car can take you close to the door, saving a walk with luggage.
- You arrive late at night or early in the morning. Check the operators for last and first train times; our service runs 24 hours.
- You travel with children or older relatives. You can reserve a child seat and avoid transfers and carrying bags.
If you are travelling alone or as a pair with light luggage and stay next to a station, the train is also a reasonable choice.
