Welcome to Sakura Travel. By using this website to book, or by using our airport transfer and charter services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Our Services
Sakura Travel provides airport transfer and charter tour services in Japan, fulfilled by our own fleet and drivers.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking or quote submitted through this site is a "booking request" and becomes effective only after we reply to confirm it. The final price is confirmed based on your actual trip (flight, party size, vehicle, route, etc.).
3. Payment
Once your booking is confirmed, we send you a payment link for a ¥5,000 deposit (or the full fare, if it is less than ¥5,000), payable by card or other methods on Stripe's secure payment page. The balance is paid directly to your driver at the end of the trip; the payment method for the balance is confirmed with our dedicated consultant when your booking is finalized. Fares follow the public tax-included prices on this site.
4. Changes & Cancellation
Cancellation: the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is free — just let us know as early as you can so we can reassign the vehicle and driver.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Please provide accurate flight number, party size, luggage and child-seat requirements, and be on time at the agreed pickup point. Additional costs or delays arising from incorrect information or lateness are the passenger’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
For delays or non-performance caused by flight delays, weather, traffic control, or other force majeure, we will do our best to coordinate; except as required by law, our liability is limited to the fare paid for that trip.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
