When a private transfer makes sense

  1. Heavy luggage. ECO carries 4 bags, Alphard 6 and Hiace 9, with no transfers or lifting between trains.
  2. A stay on a side street or in an apartment-style rental. The driver navigates to your address, saving you from dragging bags in search of the entrance.
  3. Larger groups. Pricing is per vehicle, so the more people share, the lower the cost per person. Work out the split for your party and vehicle.
  4. Travelling with children or older relatives. Child seats can be arranged, and you avoid changing trains and long walks.
  5. Longer stays. Luggage tends to be heavier; being dropped at your door on arrival day saves the most effort.
  6. Late-night or early-morning arrivals. Our service runs 24 hours; check the operators for last and first train times.

For one or two people with light luggage, the train is a reasonable choice. With heavy luggage, a larger group, or a wish to arrive right at your door, a private transfer is usually easier.
