Private transfer from Narita or Haneda to Nihonbashi and Yaesu is priced per vehicle: from on request (ECO, Haneda) and on request (ECO, Narita), tax included, same price across Tokyo. Travel times, drop-off and booking notes.
Nihonbashi lies in Tokyo's Chuo Ward, next to the Tokyo Station area, and mixes business and shopping; many travellers stay here. From the airport you can take a train, a bus or a private car. This guide covers private transfer prices and travel times, and when a private car is the easier choice.
Private transfer prices
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and are the same across Tokyo. Nihonbashi uses the same price as central Tokyo. One way, per vehicle, tax included:
| Departure airport | ECO (5 seats) | Alphard (7 seats) | Hiace (10 seats) | Drive time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Haneda | on request | ¥15,000 | ¥17,000 | About 30–45 min |
| Narita | on request | ¥22,000 | ¥27,000 | About 60–90 min |
- Tolls and parking are included; nothing is added later.
- Rides between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a flat ¥4,000 surcharge.
- Child seats and booster seats are available.
- Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting time.

Haneda or Narita for Nihonbashi?
Haneda starts at ¥15,000 against on request at Narita, and the drive is shorter too. If you can choose your flight, Haneda usually saves time and money. Narita means a longer drive, but a private car takes you straight to your accommodation without changing trains.

A private car is usually easier when:
- You have a lot of luggage. No dragging bags up and down stairs or hunting for exits; the car goes from the airport to your hotel.
- You travel in a group of three or more. The price is per vehicle, so the cost per person falls as the group grows. Work it out for your party and vehicle.
- You travel with children or older relatives. Child seats can be reserved and there are no changes to manage.
- You arrive late at night or early in the morning. Check the operators for last and first train times; our service runs 24 hours.
- You are on a business trip. You go straight to a meeting or your hotel, which makes timing easier to plan.
For one or two travellers with light luggage, the train is also a reasonable choice.
