The Tokyo Dome, Korakuen and Suidobashi area sits within central Tokyo. It has hotels nearby, and some travellers stay here for ball games, concerts or other events. After landing you can go by train or by private car. This article covers private transfer prices and travel times, and explains when a private car suits an event-day itinerary.

Why a private car suits an event-day itinerary

Event days run on a fixed schedule: you want to drop your bags and reach the venue on time. A private car helps in these ways:

  1. Straight to the hotel. No dragging luggage through transfers; drop your bags and head to the venue light.
  2. Cost shared among the group. The price is per vehicle, so the more people travelling together, the lower the cost per person. Work out the split for your group size and vehicle.
  3. Getting around after the event. When crowds gather around the venue, waits for trains and taxis are hard to predict. A private car can be booked in advance, and our support team confirms the pickup arrangements.
  4. Travelling with children or older relatives. Child seats are available, and you avoid transfers and long walks.
  5. Late-night or early-morning arrivals. Our service runs 24 hours. For first and last train times, check the railway operators' notices.

Event start and end times follow the organiser's announcements. If you need a ride late at night after an event, the flat ¥4,000 surcharge applies between 22:00 and 06:00.

If you travel alone or with light luggage, the train is a reasonable choice. With heavy luggage, a larger group, or a wish to keep event-day movement simple, a private car is usually easier.
