Two quotes that look similar can end up costing different amounts: tolls charged separately, waiting fees that start after a few minutes. Before booking, asking what is and is not included matters more than comparing headline prices. This page itemises what Sakura Travel's fare covers.
Included in the fare
- Tolls and parking: included; nothing is added after the trip.
- 90 minutes of free waiting at pickups: time for immigration and baggage.
- In the car: free Wi-Fi, bottled water, sanitising wipes and a phone charging cable.
- 24-hour service: early-morning and late-night flights can be booked too.
- Per-vehicle pricing: no per-person charge within the limits: ECO 5 seats / 4 bags, Alphard 7 seats / 6 bags, Hiace 10 seats / 9 bags.
Optional extras on request
- Child seats available: up to 3 child seats and 2 booster seats per booking. Select the quantity when booking.
- Meet & greet sign: the driver can wait with a name sign, so enter the passenger name accurately.
- Extra stops: want to shop or eat on the way? Let us know in advance and we'll arrange it, up to 3 stops per booking.

Worked examples:
- Haneda Alphard, daytime arrival: ¥15,000.
- Haneda Alphard, 23:30 arrival: ¥15,000 + ¥4,000 = ¥19,000.
- Narita Hiace, 05:00 arrival: ¥27,000 + ¥4,000 = ¥31,000.

- Per vehicle, regardless of passenger count, as long as you stay within the vehicle's seat and luggage limits.
