Once a group goes beyond five people, a regular taxi usually means splitting into two cars, and luggage often will not fit. A private transfer carries everyone in one vehicle and is priced per vehicle. What per-vehicle pricing means for big groups
Our fares are per vehicle, so the number of passengers does not change the price. The more people share the car, the lower the cost per person. One-way to central Tokyo (tax included, tolls and parking included):

- Haneda: 4 people in an ECO, on request each; 6 in an Alphard, about ¥2,500 each; 10 in a Hiace, ¥1,700 each.

How to choose
- 5–6 people, moderate luggage: The Alphard. It has comfortable space and costs less than the Hiace.
- 4 people, each with a large suitcase: The ECO holds 4 pieces, which may not cover suitcases plus carry-ons. The Alphard is the safer choice.
- 7–10 people: The Hiace carries everyone in one vehicle.
- 9–10 pieces of luggage: The Hiace has the largest luggage capacity of the three, at 9 pieces.
- More than 10 people: You will need two vehicles. Let us know when booking.
Luggage counts assume standard-size bags. For strollers, ski equipment, golf bags or other bulky items, please note them when booking so our staff can confirm the vehicle fits.
Other charges and services
- Late-night surcharge: A flat ¥4,000 applies between 22:00 and 06:00, for any vehicle.
- 90 minutes of free waiting for arrivals: Flight delays or long immigration queues are covered.
- Child seats available: Up to 3 child safety seats and 2 booster seats per booking.
- 24-hour service: Early-morning arrivals and late departures can be arranged.

- How many passengers and bags do the Alphard and Hiace hold?
- The Alphard seats 7 and holds 6 pieces of luggage. The Hiace seats 10 and holds 9 pieces. The ECO sedan seats 5 with 4 pieces. Actual capacity depends on bag size, so please tell us about bulky luggage when booking.
- Is the price per person or per vehicle?
- Per vehicle, regardless of passenger count, as long as you stay within the vehicle's seats and luggage allowance. Adding a passenger does not add a charge.
- How much are the Alphard and Hiace from the airports to central Tokyo?
- One way, per vehicle, tax included, with tolls and parking included. Haneda: Alphard ¥15,000 Hiace ¥17,000. Narita: Alphard ¥22,000 Hiace ¥27,000. The price is the same across Tokyo. Rides between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a ¥4,000 surcharge. All quotes are subject to confirmation by our staff.
- What if we are more than 10 people?
- The largest vehicle seats 10, so larger groups need two vehicles. Tell us the headcount and luggage when booking and our staff will confirm the arrangement and total price.
- Can you provide child seats?
- Yes. Child safety seats and booster seats are available, up to 3 child seats and 2 booster seats per booking. Just note it when you book.
