How to plan the ride from Tokyo Disney Resort to Narita or Haneda on your departure day, working back from your flight. Haneda Alphard reference fare from ¥15,000; Narita Alphard ¥25,000, tax included. The Tokyo flat rate does not apply.
Your last day at Tokyo Disney Resort ends at the airport. That leg looks simple, but you are balancing park time, luggage and a flight, and it is easy to cut it too fine. This guide explains how to work back from your flight to a departure time, and gives private-car fares from the resort to Narita and Haneda.
Plan backwards from your flight
- Check your airline's check-in deadline. Rules differ by airline and terminal, so confirm on the airline's website. We do not quote figures here.
- Add time inside the airport for bag drop, security and departure formalities. See the official sources: Narita Airport and Haneda Airport.
- Subtract the drive. From Maihama, roughly 30–45 minutes to Haneda and 50–70 minutes to Narita (off-peak estimates; actual time depends on traffic and holidays).
- Keep a traffic buffer. Expressways can back up on weekends and holidays, so estimate conservatively.
Give us your flight number and departure time when booking, and our team will confirm the pickup time with you.
Trains and buses
Common options from Maihama are a train via Tokyo Station with a transfer, or an airport bus. Timetables, fares and journey times change by season, so please rely on the official sources:
- Tokyo Disney Resort access guide: https://www.tokyodisneyresort.jp/en/tdr/access/
- JR East: https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/
- Airport Limousine bus: https://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/
After a full day in the park, changing trains with souvenirs and suitcases is tiring, especially with children or older relatives.
Private car: fares
One way, per vehicle: Haneda fares are reference starting fares (not tax-included prices); Narita fares are tax included. Tolls and parking included:
| Airport | Approx. drive | ECO (5 seats) | Alphard (7 seats) | Hiace (10 seats) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Haneda | 30–45 min | No published fare; ask us | from ¥15,000 | from ¥18,000 |
| Narita | 50–70 min | on request | ¥25,000 | ¥30,000 |
- Per vehicle: six people in a Haneda-bound Alphard pay about ¥2,500 each; ten in a Narita-bound Hiace about ¥3,000 each.
- Late-night surcharge: a flat ¥4,000 between 22:00 and 06:00, so a Haneda Alphard becomes ¥15,000 + ¥4,000 = ¥19,000 (reference).
- Child seats available: up to 3 child safety seats and 2 booster seats per booking.
- 24-hour service: early flights and late departures can be covered.
Note that Disney is in Chiba Prefecture, so the Tokyo flat rate does not apply. Please confirm with our team whether the departure fare matches the arrival fare. Route details: Haneda and Disney, Narita and Disney. If your hotel is in Tokyo itself, the flat rate applies: see Haneda to Tokyo and Narita to Tokyo.

- Is the fare from Disney the same as from central Tokyo?
- No. Tokyo Disney Resort is in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, not in Tokyo Metropolis, so the Tokyo flat rate does not apply and a separate fare is used.
- Can I go straight to the airport after the park at night?
- Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, and a flat ¥4,000 surcharge applies between 22:00 and 06:00. For park operating and closing times, check the official Tokyo Disney Resort website.
- What about luggage if I check out before visiting the park?
- Ask your hotel or the resort about luggage storage and its hours. When booking, tell us your pickup time and place and we will arrange the ride; an extra stop on the way (for example to collect bags) can be arranged too, so please confirm details with our team.
- Can I get a child seat?
- Yes. Child safety seats and booster seats are available, up to 3 child seats and 2 booster seats per booking.
