What happens after you land

1. When booking, enter your flight number, scheduled arrival time and hotel address.
2. After landing, go through immigration, baggage claim and customs as usual.
3. Meet your driver after you exit. Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting, and a name-sign meet-and-greet is available to make the driver easy to spot.
4. Load your bags and head straight to your hotel.

Arriving before your room is ready

An early arrival at the hotel often means check-in time has not started. Policies on early check-in and luggage storage differ by hotel, so ask before you travel:

1. Whether early check-in or luggage storage is possible.
2. Whether the front desk is staffed early in the morning.
3. If you need it, enter the hotel's full name and address (ideally with the Japanese name) when booking, so the driver goes to the right entrance.
