Family reunions, company trips and graduation tours often land between 11 and 20 people, just over the seats in one large vehicle. This article explains how such groups are split across vehicles, how to estimate the cost, and what to confirm before booking.
Start with seats and luggage
Cars are chosen by seats and luggage count, and pricing is per vehicle regardless of passenger numbers:

Tokyo: how to split and what it costs
From either Narita or Haneda, one rate applies to any part of Tokyo (the two airports have different rates). Figures are one-way, per vehicle, tax included, with tolls and parking included. The totals below are our own sums of the single-vehicle prices, for budgeting only:

Surcharges and free items for groups
- Late night: a flat ¥4,000 applies between 22:00 and 06:00. Please ask whether it is charged per vehicle when two are used.
- Extra stops: arranged on request, up to 3 stops per booking.
- Pickup: 90 minutes of free waiting.
- 24-hour service: group flights arriving or departing in the small hours can be arranged.
Child seats and a name-sign meet-and-greet can also be arranged.
Three tips for booking a group
- Count the luggage. Two Hiace hold 18 pieces. If everyone has a large suitcase plus carry-on items, that may not be enough; include the luggage count in your booking so our team can plan the vehicles.
- One arriving flight is simplest. If everyone lands together, both vehicles can wait at arrivals together. If members arrive in batches, list each flight number and time and confirm the plan with us.
- Name one contact person. With two drivers, a single group contact cuts down on coordination at the airport.
