Pricing
Per vehicle or per person? Per vehicle. The fare does not change with the number of passengers, as long as you fit within the vehicle: ECO seats 5 with 4 pieces of luggage, Alphard seats 7 with 6, Hiace seats 10 with 9.
How much is Narita or Haneda to Tokyo? One way, per vehicle, tax included:
| Airport | ECO | Alphard | Hiace |
|---|---|---|---|
| Haneda | on request | ¥15,000 | ¥17,000 |
| Narita | on request | ¥22,000 | ¥27,000 |
Is the price the same across Tokyo? Yes. Shinjuku, Asakusa, Ginza, Shinagawa and the rest of Tokyo Metropolis share one price. Tokyo Disney Resort is in Chiba Prefecture, so the flat Tokyo price does not apply to it (see below).
Are tolls and parking extra? No. They are included in the quote, and nothing is added after the trip.
What about other airports and destinations? For Kansai, Chubu, New Chitose and Fukuoka airports, and for Haneda to Tokyo Disney Resort and Kawaguchiko, the website shows "reference from" prices, not confirmed tax-inclusive prices. For example, Haneda to Tokyo Disney Resort starts from a reference ¥15,000 for an Alphard; some vehicle types are marked "on request" and are quoted by our team. Narita to Tokyo Disney Resort and Kawaguchiko are tax-inclusive prices, like other Narita routes. See the Haneda routes and Narita routes for details.
Pickup and waiting
How will the driver find me? We offer a meet-and-greet with a name sign. Please give the passenger name and flight details when you book.
How long will the driver wait? Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting. This page does not describe what happens beyond that; please confirm with customer service when booking.
What if my flight is delayed? Tell customer service as early as you can. The arrangement is confirmed by our team.
Hours and surcharges
Do you run late at night or very early? Yes, 24 hours a day.
How is the late-night fee charged? A flat ¥4,000 applies from 22:00 to 06:00, regardless of destination. For example, Haneda ECO to central Tokyo is on request in the day and on request + ¥4,000 = on request at night (tax included, per vehicle).
