Pricing is per vehicle, so the price is the same for any number of people the vehicle can seat. With four or more travellers, the per-person gap between the two cities is much smaller than the vehicle price gap suggests.
Trade-Offs
Staying in Osaka

- The area around Kyoto Station can be congested on weekends and holidays, so allow an extra 10–15 minutes.
Staying in Both Cities?
Many itineraries spend the first nights in Osaka and the last in Kyoto, or the reverse. In that case pick the airport route by your first night, and book the return to the airport from the other city on your departure day. For the Osaka–Kyoto leg, you can take the train or arrange a separate car; please ask our team whether we can quote it, as we do not assume a price here.
