How to choose
- Mainly skiing: Stay in Niseko to avoid a second transfer after landing. With lots of gear, choose the vehicle by bag count.
- City sightseeing, dining and shopping: Sapporo is more convenient, with a shorter drive and a lower fare.
- Late arrival: Sapporo's shorter drive gets you to your room sooner; Niseko's longer drive calls for extra rest time.
- Tight budget: Sapporo's reference fare is lower, so the per-person share is lower for the same group size.
- Want both: Ask our team for a combined quote rather than adding fares yourself.
Whether ski equipment fits depends on the number and size of items. The Alphard is rated for 6 bags and the Hiace for 9, so tell us what you are bringing when you book and our team will confirm the vehicle.
Winter roads: leave earlier
When it snows in Hokkaido, roads are slippery and visibility drops, so vehicles slow down and journeys usually take longer than normal. On days with a snow forecast, allow extra time and contact our team early if your flight changes.
Other ways to get there
Trains and buses are also available toward Sapporo. Please check timetables and fares on the official sites: JR Hokkaido and New Chitose Airport. We do not quote specific figures here.
