Charter pricing is per vehicle
Charter fares are charged per vehicle, not per person. The price depends on the vehicle and the destination, not on how many people ride, provided you stay within the seats and luggage capacity.

Overtime and add-ons
- Overtime: ¥3,000 for every additional 30 minutes.
- Late-night hours: a flat ¥4,000 surcharge applies to service between 22:00 and 06:00.
- Extra stops: arranged on request, up to 3 per booking.

Count luggage as well as people. Four travellers with one large suitcase each already reach the ECO's limit of four pieces, so an Alphard may be the more comfortable choice.
When a private driver makes sense
- Family trips: travelling with children or older relatives, and avoiding repeated station transfers and walking.
- Several stops or longer distances: for example Kamakura and Enoshima in one day, where the sights are far apart.
- Lots of luggage: no need to store bags or carry them between stops.
- Groups: with six or more people sharing, the cost per person is often comparable to train fares plus taxis.
